Rates

Rates:  $1,000 per night or $6,000 per week
            Add the Apartment for $400/night 
Security Deposit:  $1,000 |  refundable
Cleaning Fee:  $350 (+$200 Apartment)  |  non-refundable
Minimum Stay:  3 nights
Stays are subject to a 7% bed tax

To secure a reservation we require that your security deposit payment and 50% of your total stay amount be paid at the time of reservation.  Complete payment is due 60 days in advance of your arrival.

We are pleased to accept payment by credit card.  Should you wish to pay by check, your reservation will be held for 5 days pending receipt of your check payment.

• We are a non-smoking property
• Absolutely NO pets allowed.  If a pet is discovered on the property, our policies will be enforced
